This policy explains what information CatalogFix collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
CatalogFix is based in Iloilo, the Philippines. If you have any questions about your information, email us.
What we collect
When you request a free audit, our form asks for:
- your name, email address and WhatsApp number
- your brand name and where you sell
- the product you want us to look at, what you want us to check, and any details you share
- who handles Amazon for you now
When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message or booking.
When you visit this website, we don't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our website host, GitHub Pages, may record basic technical details such as your IP address to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- to reply to you and prepare your audit
- to arrange and hold calls you book with us
- if you become a client, to provide the services you've asked for
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails.
Who handles it for us
We use a few trusted services to run our business. They process your information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Jotform, for our audit form
- Google Workspace, for email, call bookings and the spreadsheets we keep audit requests in
If you become a client and give us access to Seller Central or other accounts, how we handle that data is covered in our agreement with you.
How long we keep it
We keep your audit request and any emails we exchange on file, so we can refer back to them. We never use them for marketing. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
We handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Other websites
Our audit form and social media links take you to other websites, such as Jotform, LinkedIn and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
